Not sure which to pick?
If you're the person doing the work through a limited company, you're a contractor. If you place workers with an end client and pay their PSC, you're an agency / fee-payer — you need the Chapter 10 view because liability lands on you if the engagement is inside IR35 and the client's SDS is defective.
